WILL takes shape through the people who lead its development, coordinate working groups, and build relationships between different professionals, skills, and countries. Each role contributes to keeping the network active, organized, and capable of collaborating across national borders.

From the foundation to the Board, from the heads of international divisions to national presidents, to the leaders of individual areas of expertise, the WILL structure brings together professionals who put their experience, time, and relationships at the service of the network. They are the ones who promote new initiatives, foster dialogue among affiliates, and create opportunities for collaboration at local and international levels.

WILL Sunrise is the social and ethical division of the network. It brings together female lawyers, young lawyers, and law students in an international space dedicated to professional growth, dialogue, and responsibility toward the community.

Through mentoring, training opportunities, and relationships between professionals from different countries, Sunrise helps new generations navigate the profession, develop skills, and build a network of reliable references. The focus is not only on career: diversity, inclusion, integrity, and access to justice are part of the journey.

The project stems from the belief that a legal community is stronger when it creates concrete opportunities for those starting out and makes the experience of more senior professionals available, accessible, and useful.

WILL Honour Club brings together professionals with at least thirty years of experience in the legal sector. It is an international space designed to connect skills built over time, perspectives matured in different legal systems, and a deep knowledge of the profession.

Members of the Honour Club contribute to the life of WILL through dialogue, mentoring, and participation in international meetings. Their experience supports the network in interpreting complex issues, in intergenerational dialogue, and in building professional relationships based on integrity and authority.

It is not about looking at the past, but about transforming seniority into an active resource: sharing methodology, judgment, and international vision to help the network grow without losing the memory of what makes it solid.
