WILL Sunrise was born from this idea. It is a space dedicated to professional growth, to the meeting of people, and to responsibility towards the community. The project looks at training, but is not limited to it: it also addresses themes such as inclusion, integrity, access to justice, and the ability to build a sustainable profession over time.
WILL Honor Club, on the other hand, values the contribution of professionals with at least thirty years of experience. Not as a formal celebration of a career, but as recognition of expertise that can continue to be useful. Those who have gone through different phases of the profession, handled complex cases, and worked in international contexts bring with them a perspective that deserves to remain in circulation.
The two initiatives are not opposites. Sunrise and Honor Club reflect the same conviction from different points of view: a professional community is stronger when it creates space both for those who have yet to find their way and for those who can help illuminate it.
